As an NCWNZ member, you will have the opportunity to connect with a network of passionate women working hard to create a gender equal Aotearoa. You can add your voice to our advocacy, participate in drafting submissions on key government legislation that affects women, and join organising committees, action hubs, branches, events, conferences and more. The only membership criteria that we ask is that you are committed to the purpose of NCWNZ and align with our values.

Individual Membership

Annual Membership

Pay as you can, from $10/year

Our membership year is from 1 April to 31 March. Pro-rata fees for partial membership year are unavailable. Membership fees are based on a sliding scale from $10 a year to any amount that you can contribute to our work for that year. The first $50 dollars is counted as your membership fee, with any additional amount counted as a donation for which you will receive a tax receipt at the end of the membership year.

Sustaining Member

Monthly payments from $10/month

Join NCWNZ's continuous membership programme. Sustaining members contribute monthly to ensure NCWNZ is able to continue advocating for gender equality. The first $50 dollars is counted as your membership fee, with any additional amount counted as a donation for which you will receive a tax receipt at the end of the membership year.

Organisational Membership

Become an Organisational Member of NCWNZ and contribute to our policy and advocacy for women and gender equality. Organisational members can nominate representatives to participate in branches and Action Hubs as part of their membership fee. Organisational members and their representatives can contribute to our policy making process and advocacy and participate in kōrero on topics of mutual interest.

The membership fee for Organisational members is based on your size. You can choose what membership fee best fits your organisation:

Small organisations – $100/year
Medium organisations – $200/year
Large organisations – $500/year

All Organisational Member applications must be approved by the Board before being accepted, to ensure that Organisational Members align with the kaupapa of NCWNZ.
