Are you a passionate and driven change leader who gets results? If so, grab this rare opportunity to lead New Zealand’s iconic gender equality organisation – founded by Kate Sheppard.
We’re currently in the process of re-positioning ourselves to finish the job Kate started and you could lead this new movement. Building on our long, proud history of achieving social and economic change, we’re now creating a new digital movement that will capture the hearts of minds of all New Zealanders! We have some exciting new plans to harness the growing interest in gender equality and build a shared understanding to take collective action for change.
We would love you to apply if you:
- are passionate about achieving gender equality
- are an experienced and proven results driven leader
- have exceptional people leadership and experience in organisational change a track record of successful fundraising and/or achieving diversified income streams and sponsorship relationships
- have experience in driving engagement of our diverse population through digital and brand strategies
- can build partnerships and stakeholder relationships and strategic partnerships to achieve results
- can juggle multiple demands and have the flexibility to work strategically and roll up our sleeves and make it happen
