NCWNZ Generations Public Forum - Terms and Conditions

The NCWNZ Generations Public Forum is our online public consultation tool, available to those who have created an account. You may not have multiple memberships.

Access and passwords

Members access the Forum with a user name (your email address) and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any activities that occur through the use of your password. You must notify us immediately of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of your password. We may remove your access to the NCWNZ forum if you breach any of the website terms and conditions.

Contributions are non-confidential

The content of your contributions to the NCWNZ Generations Public Forum will be treated by us as non-confidential and will be made available on the website to other forum members for a short period, after which they may be published in reports and our newsletter.

Contributions are moderated

A moderator is responsible for reviewing all contributions to the NCWNZ Forum and ensuring that published responses meet the acceptable use policy. The moderator may decline to publish contributions or modify contributions if there is any doubt about whether they comply with the policy.

Email messages from NCWNZ

Email messages are the main way that NCWNZ administrators stay in touch with members. Emails are sent to members to notify about new forums and provide occasional news or updates. By becoming a member you agree to receive regular emails from NCWNZ.

Your intellectual property obligations

You grant us a royalty-free, irrevocable licence to do any act protected by copyright (including reproducing, publishing, performing or communicating to the public) in relation to your contributions.
