Research

The National Council of Women of New Zealand (NCWNZ) undertakes research projects on important issues for women and children. This involves gathering opinions from the membership and the wider community and creating reports.

The largest research project facilitated by NCWNZ is the Aotearoa New Zealand Non-Governmental Organisations report to the United Nations CEDAW Monitoring Committee. This involves working with other many organisations to prepare the NGO CEDAW Report, which outlines the status of women in New Zealand.
