Branches

NCWNZ Branches are particularly active in the community and hold monthly meetings to discuss current issues and arrange branch initiatives. Branch initiatives range from engaging expert speakers to provide informative talks, to lobbying officials, or hosting events, such as Suffrage celebrations.

Branches also engage with Local Bodies to formulate community policy, as well as provide support to other community organisations.

There are currently 26 branches of the National Council of Women in New Zealand.

If you are interested in becoming a member at the branch level, please contact your nearest branch for more information.
